Ralph J. Sorrentino a CEO, President, & CFO for several public companies,  has a diverse financial, & creative background all under the wide industry umbrella of media.

Having worked at The Interpublic Group for ten years in various financial roles including CFO, Lintas, New York, Ralph then became President of Bohbot Communications. Along with his Partner, Ralph formed the entity that eventually went public with an enterprise value of over $1BB, “BKN” (Bohbot Kids Network).

Ralph then moved on to Liberty Media’s unit TCI Music, where he initially served as CFO, then CEO and helped to orchestrate the acquisition of Liberty Digital (LDIG).

LDIG subsequently became the single greatest percentage mover on the NASDAQ during 1999. LDIG’s Enterprise value grew from less than $1BB to over $12BB under Ralph’s stewardship.

Since that time Ralph's consulting firm (RJS Consulting, Inc.) has helped numerous Companies and their respective Boards achieve their goals through his innovate ideas and practices.

George Otras has had quite a different career path in comparison to Ralph. An MIT graduate, George went directly into the Advertising & Corporate Trading business from school.
 
Almost immediately his energy, skill and acumen took his company’s business opportunities to new heights. While being a top producer for his former associates, Active International, he conterminously built one of the largest and most efficient print organizations in the US. George eventually was stewarding over $500MM of print media on behalf of Active's Client Roster.
 
Further, George maintained numerous industry relationships that continue through present day. George wore "many hats" at Active  in the forms of  sales and  account service executive as well as media director for several of the Company's  flagship accounts.
 
Finally, George was a key executive charged with creating and fostering new business opportunities for the Company.
 
George was and is a truly versatile and talented executive.
 
George & Ralph came together over the last few years, formed a business and personal relationship whereby each respected the accomplishments and skill sets of the other.
 
Now they have formed Eagle Rim Trading, with the intent of building a "World Class Corporate Trading Entity".
